We're really excited to be launching our new convo topic builder for our customers! They will now be able to build out their own sales engagement campaigns and rule-based engine, and have granular control over the bot's automated responses.
In the past, we handcrafted these convo topics together with our customers according to their business use cases. Any tweaking or updates required them to go through our team as the conversation topic and rules were mostly invisible to them.
With this new convo topic builder, we are thrilled to put this power in the hands of our users. The possibilities are limitless, and we are excited to see what our customers will build with them! Here are some ideas to get started:
Collecting Data: We are able to sift through your lead's email responses and collect specific and relevant information such as their updated phone numbers, reasons on why they are not interested in your product/service, their business use case for wanting to trial your product and more. These info will be collected and then pushed back to your system of record.
Lead Qualification: You can qualify the leads based on their locality, budget, business use case, business profile and more by building upon our rule based engine. For the leads who are not qualified, we will help you politely reject them, saving you a tonne of time so you can work on the leads that matter.
Respond to customers who need more information: For customers who are interested but needs more information on your product and services, the bot will be able to send out your product PDF, pricing and other sales collaterals. Thereafter, we will also automatically followup on your behalf to check if they had time to review your collaterals.
Re-engage stale leads: Most of our clients have at least tens of thousands of leads languishing in their CRM as stale leads. These people have been reached out to once or twice in their lifespan, and have been untouched ever since. Most sales rep would not want to touch these leads either. Our bot can sweep up all of your 'exhaust' as your sales team goes about their day, qualify these stale leads for you and hand them over when they are ready to move to the next step.
Qualify inbound leads: When you manually handle high volumes of inbound leads a month, it is inevitable that leads will get missed out altogether, followups are overwhelming and response times get longer. It doesn't have to be this way - our bot will handle every single one of these leads in a timely manner, followup without fail, respond to their repetitive enquiries, and only when the lead is qualified, hand them over to you!
Event-triggered Outreach: We are able to integrate with your systems to reach out to your leads in a personal manner in event-triggered scenarios such as when your lead's free trial expired without them converting, or when certain new developments triggered a sales opportunity.
